Implementacion Sistema Integrado Dos empresas #1
Buen Dia

Estoy trabajando en la implementacion de un Sistema Integrado de Gestion en Colombia y la empresa a la que voy a certificar se creo de otra que ya lleva mas años y esta certificada en 9001 y 18001. El personal va a trabajar para ambas empresas pero solo cuenta con el contrato de trabajo de la empresa antigua y por la empresa nueva únicamente se han contratado 5 personas que van a realizar la prestacion de servicios de la nueva empresa. Las empresas no estan creadas como grupo organizacional y no lo piensan hacer, pero si figura el mismo representante legal para cada una. Tengo las siguientes inquietudes:

Como manejo el tema de la contratación pues no se que pueda pasar si en una auditoria me piden la hoja de vida del gerente y los demas directivos y se dan cuenta que tienen únicamente el contrato de la empresa antigua, que igual sigue funcionando pero su razón de ser es totalmente diferente.

Para la elección del Representante de la direccion tengo el mismo inconvenientes pues el candidato mas idoneo esta contratado por la empresa antigua y no se si exista algun problema por eso.

Realmente la creación de este tipo de empresas es por cuestiones legales, de impuestos, etc., pero sigue siendo una sola organización.

Lo que yo recomiendo es que si ya está certificada la empresa, únicamente hagas una extensión al alcance hacia los otros procesos (hacia la otra empresa).

Comente con los directivos de la empresa sobre la ampliacion del alcance, pero no lo aprobaron porque quieren brindar "independencia" a la nueva empresa, que otra opcion tengo para la implementacion del Sistema?

Ningún problema, pueden hacerlo con el mismo personal, te recuerdo que lo que certifican son procesos, por lo tanto, aún con el mismo personal, evaluarán los procesos de la empresa nueva.

Ingeniero excelente aporte.
Tengo la misma duda que el colega que la formuló.
Ya que la organización en donde trabajo son dos empresas que tecnicamente haces lo mismo, utilizan al mismo personal para ambas empresas y todo funciona bien (a nivel operativo) pero, a nivel de gestión es un desastre, tienen un sin fin de documentos y quisiera reducirlo integrando los dos sistemas de gestión con los que cuentan, ¿habría alguna posibilidad de hacerlo? de ser así, ¿en los documentos como podrían ir los logos, los códigos. y demás?
